Individual and Duo Personal Training
All classes and sessions have a basic ingredient, namely:
• Overall Endurance • Muscle Endurance • Muscle Strengthening
• Flexibility • Stability
If you decide to do a session or a class, based on its “goal”, you train the “basic ingredients”, possibly combined with Sport Specific aspects like:
• Agility • Mobility • Speed • Timing
Training Sport Specific aims to improve your ‚your sport”. I am not a Tennis or Golf Instructor, but during “sport specific training”, you will perform exercises that will improve your overall sport performance
